- Check-in is available from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. We would be grateful if you could call us 20 minutes before your arrive.
- Late check-in is available only on request. Check-in after 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. is subject to a extra charge of €20; after 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. of €30; and after 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. of €50. After the midnight the check-in is not available.
- Check-out within 10:00 a.m.
- Cancellation – Prepayment Conditions relating to cancellation and prepayment vary depending on the type of accommodation. Enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions for the room you have chosen.
- Children and extra beds
- Children are welcome.
- Free! All children under three years stay free.
- Free! The cots for all children under three years is available for free.
- All older children or adults are charged 30 euros per person per night (when using extra beds).
- The maximum allowance of extra beds/cots is 1.
- Any type of extra bed or cot is available upon request and needs to confirmed by the hotel.

- If you need parking space or transfer, please let us know.
- Parking costs €15 per day and must be reserved in advance. The parking is available only for small-medium size car and will be confirmed only after informing us of your car model.
- The apartments don’t offer 24-hour reception service.
- The property include luggage storage (not at all times).
- If you arrive by car, we suggest you to put in the GPS “Via Roma N°2 – Taormina” as a final destination. From there you can follow the yellow signs to reach us.
